Senior AI Engineer

Job Title: Senior AI Engineer (Snowflake + LangChain + LangGraph)

Location: New Jersey

Experience: 12-14+ years

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design and build scalable, production-grade solutions leveraging Snowflake, LangChain, and LangGraph. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can work across structured and unstructured data, build agentic workflows, and integrate AI-driven solutions into enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop agentic AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph

Build and optimize Snowflake-based data pipelines and data models

Enable querying across structured (Snowflake) and unstructured data (documents, PDFs, etc.)

Develop multi-agent workflows with orchestration, state management, and tool integration

Implement LLM-powered applications including RAG, semantic search, and NLP interfaces

Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs and data services

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and deliver scalable solutions

Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI and data systems

Required Skills (Must Have):

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake

Data modeling, SQL optimization, pipelines (Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks)

Working with large-scale enterprise data

Hands-on experience with LangChain

Building LLM pipelines, tool usage, prompt orchestration, RAG frameworks

Hands-on experience with LangGraph

Designing multi-agent workflows

State management, conditional flows, and orchestration logic

Strong proficiency in Python

Experience working with both structured and unstructured data

Experience building end-to-end AI applications in production environments

Preferred / Nice to Have:

Experience with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, etc.)

Familiarity with Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / OpenAI APIs

Experience with FastAPI or backend service development

Exposure to React or frontend integration

Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (Life Sciences a plus)
