Senior AGILE Coach / SCRUM Master

Job Title: Senior Agile Coach / Scrum Master
Location: Franklin (100% Onsite)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach / Scrum Master to lead Agile transformation initiatives and guide cross-functional teams in adopting and scaling Agile best practices. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across teams
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team health)

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master / Agile Coach)
• Strong experience with Agile transformations at scale
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
