We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager, Poughkeepsie, NY (Hybrid)!

Key Responsibilities
✅The Cybersecurity Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Cybersecurity Program Manager / lead to deliver on Central Hudson’s Cybersecurity Program. The Cybersecurity project manager shall leverage Central Hudson Technology Project Management methodology to deliver moderate to large scale projects within scope, schedule, and cost criteria. This position drives the initiation, planning, design, testing, and delivery stages of technology projects in a matrix environment to achieve measurable business objectives. The Technology Project Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle from initiation (intake) through transition to operations (project closure).

Project Governance & Project Management
✅Complies with Central Hudson’s Project management standards of practice for Waterfall and Agile frameworks to achieve predictable performance and delivery excellence.
processes to provide transparency and effectively manage scope, schedule, and cost.
✅Proficiently leverages Project Management tools, such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PPM and budgeting software to ensure high-quality project deliveries.
✅Adheres to all policies and procedures, including but not limited to change management, incident reporting, time accounting, expense reporting, purchase requisition processes, and compliance requirements.

What does it take to be an IT Project Manager?
✅Strong experience in project managing and delivery of Cyber Security projects.
✅Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or other related field
✅Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, SLDC, or Agile certification
✅Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices
✅Strong relationship building / interpersonal skills and experience providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
✅Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
✅Valid driver’s license

Preferred:
✅Experience in Energy & Utilities or services industry.
✅Experience with Cybersecurity tools.
✅Master’s degree (in aforementioned fields)
✅Experience with PPM tools, Jira, ServiceNow, or other.
✅Experience in risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
✅Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or comparable
