Full-Time Role: SDET Architect

Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SDET Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks and quality engineering strategies. This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive quality across the software development lifecycle and build robust automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end test automation frameworks
• Define and implement quality engineering strategies and best practices
• Lead automation efforts for UI, API, and backend systems
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams
• Establish CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing
• Drive performance, scalability, and reliability testing initiatives
• Mentor QA and SDET teams and promote a quality-first mindset
• Evaluate and implement modern testing tools and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as an SDET / QA Architect
• Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Experience with API testing frameworks and tools
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep understanding of test strategies, test design, and quality processes
