Required Skills & Experience
8+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira or similar
Proven ability to manage Agile ceremonies effectively
Experience working on enterprise-level IT projects
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on state/government projects
Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
