SCRUM Master

• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the backlog
• Track sprint progress using Agile tools such as Jira
• Promote continuous improvement within the development team
• Coach team members on Agile mindset and practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
• Support release planning and delivery coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification
• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in software development environments
• Knowledge of project management tools like Confluence, Azure DevOps
