Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for enterprise-level technology and data initiatives. This role is ideal for a servant leader who can enable high-performing, cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

The Scrum Master will facilitate all core Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and proactively remove impediments to ensure consistent and predictable delivery. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to enhance collaboration, transparency, and accountability across the delivery lifecycle.

This position requires strong experience in managing Agile teams within large-scale IT environments, along with the ability to track sprint metrics, support reporting, and leverage tools such as Jira. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical understanding, Agile expertise, and leadership skills to support complex data, analytics, and modernization programs.
