job Title: Scrum Master (with GCP & Teradata Exposure) Location: 3 days Hybrid at Richardson, TX Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery expertise and working exposure to GCP and Teradata environments. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution, remove impediments, and work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering and cloud teams. Exposure to data platforms and cloud-based ecosystems is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Act as a Servant Leader for 1–2 Agile teams following Scrum methodology. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Remove team impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution. Track and report sprint progress, velocity, burndown metrics, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlog. Support teams working on GCP-based data pipelines and Teradata systems. Coordinate with Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Business stakeholders. Ensure Agile best practices and continuous improvement culture. Manage dependencies across teams and external stakeholders. Drive release planning and production readiness coordination. Required Skills Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks. Hands-on experience using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc. Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. Working knowledge of Teradata data warehouse systems. Understanding of data engineering workflows, ETL processes, and cloud data migration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in enterprise data transformation projects preferred. Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist). Experience in Data Warehousing or Analytics projects. Exposure to BigQuery, Cloud Composer, or Dataflow (nice to have). Experience in Banking/Insurance/Healthcare domain (if applicable).
