SCRUM Master

• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts)
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies
• Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe)
• Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in scaling Agile (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks)
• Background in software development or project management
