SCRUM Master

• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth team progress
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and performance metrics
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices
• Support continuous improvement and team maturity
• Coordinate with stakeholders and other teams for dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in Agile environments
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
