SCRUM Master

Key Responsibilities

·  Act as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams working on based healthcare products.

·  Guide teams in Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous improvement.

·  Identify and eliminate impediments, facilitate team communication, and foster a collaborative environment.

·  Coordinate across teams and departments to manage dependencies and promote alignment.

·  Champion Agile adoption and maturity across the organization.

·  Utilize metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to provide transparency and improve delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications

·  8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

·  Strong background in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, health tech, or life sciences).

·  Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).

·  Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.

·  Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).

·  Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·  Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

·  Background in healthcare informatics, EHR systems, or medical imaging.

·  Experience in scaled Agile environments or Agile transformations.
