🚀 Hiring: Scrum Master (Hybrid – White Plains, NY)

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team for a 12-month contract opportunity! If you’re passionate about Agile delivery and driving high-performing teams, this could be a great fit.

🔹 Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (3–5+ years)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Experience working with website/software development teams and authenticated portals
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Queries, Dashboards; Repos & Pipelines are a plus)
• Ability to track, analyze, and present delivery metrics & KPIs
• Deep knowledge of Scrum practices (DoD, epics, user stories, backlog refinement, automated testing, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Solid organizational and reporting skills
