SCRUM Master

• Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, sprint progress, burndown charts).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams.
• Support scaling frameworks when working with multiple teams (e.g., SAFe).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certifications such as:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
• Background in software development or project management.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
