Job Title: Scrum Master (Payments / Banking Domain)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the payments and banking domain to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of complex financial technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can guide teams, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Guide teams in adopting and implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Act as a servant leader, removing blockers and ensuring smooth sprint execution
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog and prioritization
• Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions in the payments/banking space

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in banking or payments domain
• In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working with financial systems, payment processing, or transaction platforms
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously
