SCRUM Master

Description: Ensure delivery commitments align with Program Increment (PI) and business objectives Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Agile initiatives, from intake through release. Ensure backlog is well documented and prioritized with the PO Act as a primary point of coordination between delivery teams, and business stakeholders. Manage dependencies and risks, and remove blockers/impediments. Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives. Forecast delivery outcomes using estimation, velocity, and capacity planning techniques. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead retrospection-driven actions to improve flow and quality. Shield teams from external disruptions while enabling effective collaboration. Must have ADO Azure DevOps experience; credit union experience is a plus. Finance systems knowledge is a plus.
