The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring Scrum practices are followed| removing impediments| enabling continuous improvement| and driving effective collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning| Daily Stand ups| Sprint Reviews| and RetrospectivesCoach the team on Agile and Scrum principles| ensuring adherence to best practicesAct as a servant leader| removing impediments and helping the team stay focused on sprint goalsPartner closely with Product Owners to ensure a well groomed and prioritized backlogTrack and report Agile metrics such as velocity| burndownburnup charts| and sprint healthIdentify risks| dependencies| and blockers and proactively escalate when requiredDrive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable outcomesCoordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders in a scaled Agile environmentEnsure compliance with client| security| and governance requirements (especially in BFSI setups)Support release planning and cross team alignmentRequired Skills QualificationsStrong hands on experience as a Scrum Master in AgileScrum environmentsSolid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum| Kanban| SAFe good to have)Experience working with tools like JIRA| Confluence| Azure DevOpsExcellent communication| facilitation| and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work with onshoreoffshore teams and client stakeholdersStrong problem solving and conflict resolution skillsExperience in BFSI regulated environments preferredCertifications (Preferred)Certified Scrum Master (CSM)SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)PMI ACP (good to have)Soft SkillsProactive and ownership driven mindsetStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to challenge constructively and influence without authorityHigh attention to detail and compliance awareness
