🔧 Key Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience (project administration, mathematics, statistics, etc.)
✔ Strong knowledge of Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling, and Earned Value Management (EVM)
✔ Minimum 5+ years of scheduling experience, preferably on downstream projects
✔ Ability to independently consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to develop integrated project schedules
✔ Technical expertise in automated and integrated project controls
✔ Refining equipment experience is a must
✔ Strong organizational, leadership, and managerial skills
✔ Proven ability to create management-level reports and presentations
