Job Description:  

Configures, maintains and supports the SCADA and Load Management infrastructure to ensure its reliable, safe and secure operation. Maintains the SCADA and Load Management systems in a compliant manner and demonstrates compliance with applicable regulatory standards. Here are the key requirements and responsibilities for this role.
Communicates within department and with other departments regarding project coordination and planning.  Share engineering studies, information, updates, projects and training.  Interacts with Accounting regarding procurement, specifications, inventories, invoicing and power plant issues.  Works with LMIT group to obtain software acquisition and maintenance, and computer upgrades.
Maintain the highest level of quality customer service through various forms of communication, as well as proactive and professional relationships with customers within the business community and the general public.  Acts as a liaison for vendors, marketing representatives, contractors and consultants to discuss contracts, specifications, change orders, construction management and invoice approvals, as applicable.  Works with suppliers to coordinate system requirements for proper operation of equipment.  Interacts with SCADA software provider regarding software applications, maintenance and updates.
Directs and assists in recovery efforts.
Coordinates SCADA infrastructure and display activities with <CUSTOMER>’s Electric Operations staff.
