Job Role:        SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
Location:        Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid Onsite)
Mode:             Contract /Full-time

Key Responsibilities & Required Qualifications
Must‑Have (Non‑Negotiable)

• Deep LMS Administration, Configuration & Support (Primary Focus).
• Compliance, Audit, and Governance, Reporting, Analytics & Data Quality.
• Integrations & Technical Enablement.
• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership.
• Strong knowledge on life sciences domain and Regulatory knowledge.
• Good Understanding on the CSV area, Compliance & Audits.
• 13+ years of deep, hands‑on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
• Proven background operating in audit‑driven or regulated environments (SOX, GxP, ISO, OSHA, or similar).
• Advanced expertise in:
• LMS security model (domains, roles, assignment profiles).
• SCORM/ape/AICC content debugging and tracking.
• Learning history corrections and data governance.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially around.

 Content launch/tracking

•  User assignments.
• Connector/SFTP/AICC issues.
• Integrations and sync errors.
• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Platform (RBP, BizX Admin Center).
• Exceptional documentation skills and strong attention to detail—critical for audit readiness.
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules beyond LMS (EC, PMGM, Onboarding, Platform).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident/change/CMDB).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience in heavily regulated industries (healthcare, biotech, finance, aerospace, government).
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification.
