Job Title: SAP SD OTC Consultant (Order-to-Cash)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant to support and enhance Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within the SAP SD module. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sales, billing, and distribution processes, and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD for OTC processes
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle (order management, pricing, billing, shipping)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into SAP solutions
• Work on pricing, credit management, and billing configurations
• Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, WM)
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and production issues
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
• Provide documentation and end-user training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in SAP SD
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Hands-on experience in configuration (pricing, billing, output determination)
• Experience with integrations across SAP modules
• Knowledge of SAP tables, IDOCs, and debugging
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
