SAP Sam (Service Asset Management) Consultant

• Configure mobile applications for field service technicians
• Provide support for SAP SAM upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting
• Ensure data consistency and system performance across platforms
• Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional and technical consultants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in SAP, with focus on Service Asset Management or related modules
• Hands-on experience with SAP SAM (Service Asset Management)
• Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment
• Understanding of mobile solutions and offline data synchronization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Mobile Services or SAP Asset Manager
• Knowledge of integration tools (SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO, APIs)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment models
• SAP certification in relevant modules (PM, EAM, or SAM)
• Experience working in Agile project environments
