SAP RAR Consultant – Supply Chain Integration

We are seeking an experienced SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting) Consultant with strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP RAR solutions integrated with logistics , Supply Chain and order-to-cash workflows

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP RAR solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
• Integrate SAP RAR with Supply Chain modules such as:
  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • SAP MM (Materials Management)
  • SAP S/4HANA logistics
• Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Configure RAR components:  Revenue Contracts. Performance Obligations ( POBS ) Stand alone Selling price ( SSP ) and Revenue allocation and Recognition

·    Work on Event-Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR) in S/4HANA.

·    Collaborate with business teams to design O2C workflows from order creation to revenue posting.

·    Use Fiori apps for monitoring revenue contracts and reporting.

·    Perform configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment in S/4HANA.

·    Support data migration using S/4 tools (LTMC / Migration Cockpit).

• Troubleshoot integration issues between logistics and finance components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between RAR and supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and audit requirements.

Required

• Over all 14 + years Exp Needed
• Strong experience in SAP RAR (RAR 1.3 / S/4HANA RAR).
• Dee[p understanding  of Event Based Revenue Recognition ( EBRR )
• Knowledge of Universal Jouranl ( ACDOCA ) Integration
• Familiarity with Fiori Apps and S4 HANA user Experience
• Hands-on experience with Supply Chain modules (SD/MM).
• Good understanding of: RAR Principles  , Order to Cash Lifecycle
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Knowledge of integration points between finance and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·  Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA RAR (no ECC experience required).

·  Deep understanding of: Event-Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR) and Order-to-Cash                  (O2C) cycle

Preferred

• SAP certification in RAR or S/4HANA Finance/Logistics.
• Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, or high-tech.
• Exposure to Fiori apps and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (nice to have).
