Lead SAP QA across FS-CD, FS-RI, BP, Workflow, FI-GL
Manage onshore/offshore QA team
Drive test automation (TOSCA) & QA standards
Handle test planning, execution, defect management, UAT
Work on SAP SolMan, ChaRM & Guidewire integrations
Ensure quality, risk assessment, reporting & stakeholder coordination

Must-Have
10+ yrs SAP QA Lead experience
Property and Casualty Insurance experience (MANDATORY)
TOSCA + SAP SolMan
SAP modules: FS-CD, FS-RI, FI-GL, BP
Strong communication + leadership
