SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a complex, multi-year SAP transformation program across multiple business units
* Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams within the program
* Drive program planning, execution, governance, and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Business and IT organizations
* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery
* Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and industry standards specific to the energy sector
* Provide regular program updates, reports, and executive-level presentations

Required Qualifications
* 15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in program management
* Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP transformation programs
* Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes and enterprise implementations
* Experience managing multiple teams and complex program structures
* Deep understanding of the energy sector, including business processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience working with multiple vendors and service providers
