SAP Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery (implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration)
• Define program roadmap, strategy, and governance framework
• Manage multiple SAP projects and ensure alignment with business goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
• Oversee SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, etc.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, program performance, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5+ years in program/project management
• Strong experience in SAP implementations, especially SAP S/4HANA
• Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP programs
• Deep understanding of SAP modules and integration points
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certifications
• Experience in global SAP rollouts or multi-country implementations
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or SAP Solution Manager
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SAP BTP)
