SAP Opentext Vim Consultant

• Implement and configure OpenText VIM solutions within SAP environments
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications
• Configure VIM components such as:
  • Document Processing (DP)
  • Invoice Processing
  • Approval workflows
• Integrate VIM with SAP modules like:
  • SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
  • SAP MM (Materials Management)
• Manage OCR integration (e.g., OpenText Capture Center / ICC)
• Customize workflows using SAP Workflow tools
• Perform testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and support deployments
• Provide production support and troubleshoot VIM-related issues
• Optimize invoice processing cycles and improve automation efficiency
• Prepare documentation and train end users

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in SAP with strong exposure to OpenText VIM
• Hands-on configuration experience in VIM 7.x or higher
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SAP FI & AP processes
  • Invoice lifecycle management
• Experience with:
  • Document types, DP configuration
  • Exception handling and workflows
• Familiarity with OCR tools (OpenText ICC / Vendor Invoice Capture)
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment preferred
