JOB DESCRIPTION

The SAP MM/QM Analyst is responsible for end-to-end implementation of RICEWEs of business areas of Materials Management and Quality Management including design, configuration, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Master Data Management, SAP Configuration. RICEWF development, Troubleshooting, Training & Documentation in these areas.

Ø  Procurement with POs and Scheduling Agreements

Ø  MRP

Ø  Supplier NCs, ECO and SCARs

Ø  Warranty and Reworks Orders.

Ø  Subcontracting Process

Ø  SAP QN based Processes.

Ø  Part recall/Purrge process

Ø  End to end traceability

Ø  BOM Management and As-build BOMs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·        Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience on SAP Projects in MM and QM areas

·        2+ years of Functional Experience in a manufacturing industry.

·        Familiarity with integration points between MM, QM FI, and PP areas.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex supply chain issues.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of facilitating workshops and interacting with both business users and technical teams.

·        Proven ability to work independently and manage project deliverables on time.

·        Certifications in the areas above would be a plus.
