Urgent Requirement – SAP ITGC / SOX Consultants (Hybrid – NJ)

We are hiring experienced SAP ITGC / SOX Compliance Consultants for a high-impact engagement involving carve-out / spin-off transformation and Day-One audit readiness.
📍 Location: New Jersey (Hybrid)
📅 Duration: Initial 3 months (extendable up to 1 year)
🛂 Work Authorization: strictly GC / US Citizen only

🔹 Key Responsibilities: 
Assessment & Discovery
Conduct stakeholder workshops across IT, Finance, Security, and SAP MSP teams
Perform AS-IS ITGC assessment and identify control gaps post carve-out
Evaluate inherited controls and define rebuild strategy for the new entity
ITGC Design & Documentation
Design end-to-end SAP ITGC framework (SOX 404) across all domains
Develop control narratives, SOPs, process flows, and audit-ready documentation
Create Evidence Matrix, ITGC Policy, and control execution templates
Access Management & Security
Define controls for user access, SoD, privileged access, and emergency access
Establish SoD ruleset and compensating control framework
Change Management
Define transport management controls, approval workflows, and emergency change procedures
Ensure segregation across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
Operations & APM Controls
Design controls for batch monitoring, system availability, incident management, and backups
Define APM KPIs (uptime, MTTR, interface success rates, etc.)
Governance & Audit Readiness
Build RACI, deficiency management, and audit readiness framework
Support auditor walkthroughs, PBC list, and compliance reporting
Training & Knowledge Transfer
Deliver training for control owners and ensure post-go-live sustainability of ITGC framework

🔹 Required Experience
5+ years in SAP Security / ITGC / SOX Compliance / IT Audit
Experience in SOX 404 (first-year) or carve-out / spin-off programs
Strong knowledge of SAP ITGC controls across all domains
Experience working with Big 4 / external auditors
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
