SAP Integration Lead

Job Description: 
 

• Lead L2/L3 support activities across API Management, SAP CPI, and SuccessFactors integration landscapes.
• Oversee daily interface operations, proactively monitor flows, and drive timely resolution of incidents and failures.
• Lead support and oversight of all API Management activities, ensuring stable and secure integration operations.
• Handle connectivity issues, certificate renewals, key rotations, and other gateway‑level maintenance tasks.
• Deliver and review minor enhancements, including mapping refinements, field additions, configuration updates, and routing changes.
• Guide and support end-to-end SuccessFactors integrations leveraging OData, SFAPI, and CPI iFlows.
• Collaborate closely with business and functional teams to analyze and resolve data discrepancies and integration-related issues.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, adherence to ITIL processes, and compliance with SLAs for incidents, service requests, and change activities.
