Job Title: SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant 

Location: Houston, TX(Onsite, 5 days Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in brownfield migration to SAP S/4HANA. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP HCM applications across Florida operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support brownfield migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA for HCM
• Work across all HCM modules: Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), ESS/MSS
• Analyze, design, and implement HCM business processes
• Handle system configuration, testing, and post-migration support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery

Required Skills:

• Strong SAP HCM functional experience (end-to-end)
• Proven experience in S/4HANA brownfield migration
• Hands-on with Payroll, Time, PA, ESS/MSS
• Good understanding of US payroll and compliance (Florida experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
