SAP HCM Consultant

• Perform system configuration, data migration, and integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, etc.)
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM processes
• Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and prepare documentation
• Assist with SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Deliver training and support to end-users
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and SAP best practices
• Optimize HR business processes for efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Talent Management)
• Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, workflows, and reporting
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors preferred
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management integration
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for HCM
• SAP HCM certification
• Familiarity with HR compliance regulations in the U.S.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project methodology
