Job Title: SAP HANA RTR Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA RTR (Record to Report) Consultant to support finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, specifically in RTR processes, and will work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement effective financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (RTR) solutions
• Manage core RTR processes including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Close
• Configure and customize SAP HANA modules based on business requirements
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FICO, MM, SD)
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Prepare documentation and provide user training

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA RTR
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, FA)
• Experience in SAP configuration and implementation
• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules
• Good knowledge of HANA database concepts
