Position: SAP Functional Consultant – CRM & SD (Order-to-Cash)
Location: Santa Clara (Onsite – 5 Days)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant – CRM & SD (Order-to-Cash) to support and enhance SAP CRM and Sales & Distribution processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure smooth operation of the Order-to-Cash cycle within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP CRM and SAP SD modules.
• Work with business teams to improve processes related to sales orders, pricing, billing, and customer management.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for CRM and SD functionalities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and custom developments.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Provide documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
• Ensure seamless integration between CRM, SD, and other SAP modules.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience in SAP CRM and SAP SD modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience in SAP configuration, functional design, and testing.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
