Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support and optimize field service operations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience implementing and managing SAP FSM solutions, integrating with SAP landscapes, and improving service workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSM functional designs.
• Configure service workflows, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management within SAP FSM.
• Integrate SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide expertise in service operations, field service processes, and best practices.
• Support testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient service management solutions.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
• Experience integrating FSM with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of field service operations, scheduling, and dispatch processes
• Experience with SAP integrations and APIs
• Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills
