SAP Ewm Lead

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, and TM modules
• Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and client discussions
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants and developers
• Ensure system quality through testing (unit, integration, UAT)
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of warehouse operations
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field
• 8+ years of SAP experience with 4+ years in SAP EWM
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes and logistics execution
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with decentralized and embedded EWM
• Knowledge of RF framework, PPF, and warehouse automation integration
• Familiarity with SAP TM, MM, and SD modules
• SAP EWM certification
• Experience in Agile and ASAP methodologies
