Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support warehouse management implementations, enhancements, and support activities. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design and deliver scalable SAP EWM solutions aligned with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP EWM design, configuration, and implementation activities

Gather and analyze warehouse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

Configure key EWM processes including:

Inbound & outbound processing

Putaway and picking strategies

Internal warehouse movements

RF framework and mobile processes

Wave management and labor management (if applicable)

Integrate EWM with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM

Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Create functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers

Deliver user training and documentation

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP EWM expertise

At least 2 full lifecycle EWM implementations

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and logistics operations

Experience with:

Decentralized and Embedded EWM

RF configuration

Warehouse structure setup

Slotting, task interleaving, and monitoring tools

Experience integrating with SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments

Strong client-facing communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries

SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation experience

Exposure to automation integration (conveyors, scanners, robotics, etc.)

SAP certification in EWM is a plus
