Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced 10+ years of SAP Cutover Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute cutover activities for SAP implementations. The role involves managing end-to-end cutover strategy, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP, and minimizing business disruption.
Develop and manage detailed cutover plans and timelines
Coordinate across functional, technical, and business teams
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Lead mock cutovers and readiness assessments
Ensure data migration, system validation, and go-live activities are executed successfully
Strong experience in SAP implementations and cutover management
Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of data migration, testing, and release management
Ability to manage high-pressure go-live environments
