Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead enterprise SAP deployment and transition activities for large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP cutover planning, data migration, release management, and go-live execution. This role requires close coordination with business stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership to ensure seamless SAP implementation and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP cutover planning and execution activities.
• Develop detailed cutover strategies, runbooks, checklists, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, testing, and business teams.
• Manage SAP go-live activities and ensure minimal business disruption.
• Drive data migration planning, execution, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Monitor cutover milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Conduct mock cutovers and rehearsal activities prior to production deployment.
• Collaborate with project managers and release management teams for deployment readiness.
• Ensure all pre-cutover and post-cutover activities are completed successfully.
• Facilitate status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage rollback and contingency planning for critical deployment scenarios.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Maintain project documentation, cutover schedules, and audit compliance records.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Cutover Management.
• Expertise in SAP implementation and deployment lifecycle.

• Experience creating and managing cutover plans and runbooks.
• Strong understanding of data reconciliation and validation processes.

SAP Skills

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP functional modules such as:
  • SAP Finance (FICO)
  • SAP Supply Chain (SCM)
  • SAP MM/SD
  • SAP HCM
• Understanding of SAP integration and middleware processes.
