Descriptions: 

"• Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HAM and SAM / SAM Pro modules across the full asset lifecycle (procure to retire).
• Implement and maintain hardware and software asset models, normalization rules, entitlement reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
• Configure license models, software discovery models, reclamation rules, and optimization workflows.
• Work closely with CMDB teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external systems such as:
o SCCM / MECM
o Active Directory / Azure AD
o Discovery tools
o Procurement, finance, and vendor systems
• Configure and manage MID Servers, authentication profiles, and integration security.
• Build scheduled jobs, transform maps, and import sets for automated asset data ingestion and reconciliation.
• Develop and customize using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Build workflows and automation for asset requests, approvals, lifecycle changes, and compliance remediation.
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for asset visibility and decision making
