Job Title: Salesforce Fresher / Salesforce Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in Salesforce CRM. The candidate will work with experienced Salesforce professionals to learn, configure, customize, and support Salesforce applications while gaining hands-on experience in real-time projects. Salesforce professionals typically support users, manage data, create reports, automate processes, and help organizations maximize the value of the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Support user management, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Perform data management, data import/export, and data validation.
• Help troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and provide user support.
• Learn and work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of CRM concepts.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, Java, or web technologies is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Trailhead learning experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Internship or academic project experience in CRM technologies.
