Location: Windsor, CT, USA (5 days office) 

We are seeking a hands‑on Salesforce Technical Lead to join our onsite team in Windsor, CT. This is a client‑facing leadership role driving solution architecture, technical delivery, and seamless collaboration with offshore teams.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years IT, 7+ years Salesforce development/architecture.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Aura, LWC.
• Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipeline management.
• Salesforce Developer I & II certifications (Architect preferred).
• Excellent client communication & stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce initiatives onsite, partnering with client stakeholders.
• Own solution architecture & technical design aligned with best practices.
• Guide offshore teams, conduct workshops, and review code quality.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Process Builder.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
• Ensure compliance, security, and performance standards.

Nice to Have

• Sales/Service/Experience Cloud exposure.
• Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft).
