Salesforce Technical Lead

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews
• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and admins
• Ensure best practices for security, performance, and data governance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Oversee deployment and release management activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• 2+ years of experience in a technical lead role
• Strong expertise in Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning components
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Technical Architect, etc.)
• Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools
