The "Builder" – Focused on custom code and complex integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Custom Coding: Writing Apex (backend) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) (frontend) when standard "clicks-not-code" features aren't enough.
API Integration: Building custom links between Salesforce and ERP systems or proprietary databases.
Complex Logic: Developing custom triggers to handle multi-layered business rules across different objects.
Debugging: Troubleshooting technical errors and optimizing system performance.
