Job Title: Salesforce QA Tester (Sales Cloud  CTI)

Location: 3275 Bennett Creek Ave, Frederick, MDxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxOnsite 5 days a week

Duration: 6+ months

Top 3 Required Skills:

Salesforce Sales Cloud QA Testing

CTI / Telephony Integration Testing (call routing, screen pops, softphone)

Functional, Integration, and UAT Testing in Salesforce

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

Jira or similar defect tracking tools

Salesforce declarative features & data model knowledge

QA Automation tools (nice to have)

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

Years of Experience: 3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Role Descriptions: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA professional with strong experience in testing Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solutions. 

The ideal candidate will ensure quality and reliability across Salesforce configurations| integrations| and customizations

Key Responsibilities:

Testing  Quality Assurance

Develop and execute test plans| test cases| and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations.

Perform functional| regression| integration| and UAT testing.

Validate workflows| automation| and security settings within Salesforce.

Test CTI functionality including call routing| screen pops| and softphone integration.

Defect Management Identify| document| and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.

Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues promptly.

Business Process Validation

Ensure Salesforce configurations align with business requirements.

Validate data integrity and system performance post-deployment. 

Documentation  Reporting

Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular QA status reports.

Create and update test cases for new features and enhancements.

Required Skills:

years of QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Hands-on experience testing CTI integrations 

Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features and data model.

Experience with QA Automation tools is a plus.
