Salesforce QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing
• Validate Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications
• Test workflows, validation rules, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman
• Validate data migration, ETL processes, and reports/dashboards
• Identify, document, track, and resolve defects using tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with developers, admins, business analysts, and business users for quality delivery
• Participate in release validation and production deployment testing
• Maintain QA documentation, test evidence, and defect reports

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Testing (Manual + Automation)
• Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CRM processes
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce testing
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or Copado
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools like TestRail and ALM
• Strong understanding of API testing, integrations, and data validation
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model and role hierarchy testing
• Experience in ETL validation and middleware testing
• Familiarity with performance and load testing concepts
