Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of Salesforce platforms, ensuring successful delivery of CRM initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, QA, and business stakeholders
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
• Track and report project progress, risks, and issues
• Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards
• Facilitate requirement gathering, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings
• Oversee UAT, deployment, and post-production support
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce governance and change management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management
• Proven experience managing Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • CRM processes and workflows
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong skills in project planning tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
