Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead and drive execution of large-scale, cross-functional Salesforce initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex programs in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end Salesforce program execution
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across business and IT teams
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• Lead release and change management processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Plan and execute business go-live activities
• Analyze data to drive insights, reporting, and decision-making
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and lessons learned workshops
• Ensure timely delivery of high-visibility programs
• Maintain alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams 

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Program/Project Management
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience writing user stories and test scripts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and data storytelling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience in high-tech and retail domains 

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Agile/Scrum Certification
