1-year minimum Lead experience in an onshore-offshore model.
8+ years of minimum Salesforce related experience building and architecting complex applications
Experience in Sales cloud (5+ years)
5+ years LWC, Aura experience.
5+ years of Apex & Visual Force.
Proven Admin experience.
Strong in Devops tools like AutoRabit.
Must be very strong in integration projects.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce including setup, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered agent workflows.
Experience integrating AgentForce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems for automated case handling and agent productivity improvements.
Good written & verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in agile methodology
Must understand the requirements clearly and articulate it well in design
Must be able to facilitate meetings to resolve issues/problems with a win/win result.
Demonstrate experience communicating complex architectures and roadmaps to senior business leadership
