Salesforce Lead/Developer

Role: SFDC Lead / Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Rate - $60/hr on C2C

Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience 10+ Years)

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Write highly efficient, scalable, and bulkified Apex code with a strong focus on performance optimization and governor limit management.
• Analyze and improve existing Salesforce implementations by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing best-practice enhancements.
• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligning with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop and optimize complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications.
• Lead code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior Salesforce developers.
• Implement asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods, Platform Events) to enhance system efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Ensure system stability, security, and compliance by applying Salesforce best practices and data governance standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, and environment management using tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
