We are looking for a Senior Salesforce FSC Lead with strong hands-on engineering and leadership experience to lead large-scale Salesforce programs and teams.

🔑 Key Requirements:

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Apex, LWC, Integrations & Platform Architecture

✅ Experience leading 15–30+ Salesforce developers across onshore/offshore teams

✅ Proven experience owning Salesforce strategy and roadmap for large-scale programs

✅ Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile / SAFe and managing multiple Agile teams

✅ Wealth Management / Financial Services domain experience – Critical

✅ Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Salesforce certification appropriate for a senior architect/leader

✅ Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience preferred

✅ Experience driving platform resiliency, scalability, and engineering maturity
